Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
No, we do not accept any orders placed from outside the United States. Any order placed from outside the U.S. will be voided and refunded; where applicable and possible. 
 
What is your return policy?
We do offer a 14-day return privilege for anything you are not happy with.

How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge for shipping, and if you have a problem with a piece, we will even cover 
the cost of the return shipment.

Do you provide Appraisals?
On larger items we are always happy to provide you an insurance appraisal at no extra cost.


How are the gemstones graded?
Gemstone grading is done with stones in mounting, so weights and qualities are always a little subjective, but we do guarantee our pricing to be a good value for what is purchased.


What credit cards do you accept?
Hamilton Estate Jewelry accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, currently in-store only! We are working hard to bring our credit card system to our website.


What is your Privacy Policy?
Hamilton Estate Jewelry will use your information for processing of your order. We might send you an occasional email with special values or offers. We will never provide your information to others for marketing purposes. The only time we will provide your information to others if we are requested to by law enforcement officials, or if we are provided with fraudulent credit card information.
 
How do i pick up my items that are on consignment with you? If you would like to pull the items you have on consignment please give us a call at (805)-541-2065 during normal business hours and let us know or leave a message with your name, phone number and job/claim check number and Please allow us 7-10days to collect your items for you.
